Red remoulade sauce
1 cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
¾ cup Creole mustard
½ cup sliced green onions
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup minced celery
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon paprika
salt to taste
Louisiana hot sauce to taste
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, and Creole mustard and whisk until blended.
  2. Mix in green onions, parsley, celery, and garlic.
  3. Add paprika for color.
  4. Continue mixing until well blended.
  5. Season with salt and hot sauce.
  6. Note: Yields two cups
