Luby's Cheese Pie
2 packages cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
½ cup butter, room temperature
1½ teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Pie crust of your choosing (graham cracker is traditional)
  1. Cream together the cream cheese, sugar, and butter until fluffy.
  2. Blend in lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream until well blended.
  4. Fill pie crust, refrigerate at least 3-4 hours, and serve forth.
