Luby's Cheese Pie
2 packages cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
½ cup butter, room temperature
1½ teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Pie crust of your choosing (graham cracker is traditional)
- Cream together the cream cheese, sugar, and butter until fluffy.
- Blend in lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well blended.
- Fill pie crust, refrigerate at least 3-4 hours, and serve forth.
