Crab cakes
2 lb crabmeat
2 thin sliced scallions
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
3 cups panko
2 eggs
½ cup mayo
2 teaspoons Old bay
½ tsp. Worcestershire
pinch cayenne pepper
juice of 1 lemon
pinch each of salt and ground black pepper
  1. Mix, shape, crumb outside with additional crumbs, fry in clarified butter
