Sausage balls
Ingredients
1 pound ground pork sausage
3 cups biscuit baking mix
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup grated Parmesan
½ cup milk
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix everything. Form into walnut sized balls (blue handled, medium scoop) and place onto a baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze the balls.
  2. When ready to cook, bake frozen balls in 350° oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and sausage is cooked.
