Gretchen Nelson's crab dip
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 can (6½ oz.) fancy crab meat (drained and flaked)
1 tablespoon capers
1 grated onion
1 grated lemon and juice from same
White pepper (dash)
  1. Combine all ingredients. Chill 2 hours or more. Serve as dip with crackers, toast, celery sticks, etc.
I used 8 oz. fresh "special" crab meat from the seafood counter instead of canned.
